About

Welcome to Forever Joyful where we can learn and grow together. On Tuesdays and Fridays (and occasionally other days) I’ll share insights on filling our homes with learning opportunities that point children toward Jesus Christ. I’m passionate about providing children with edifying reading materials, and I’ll sometimes share sneak peeks of what I’m writing.

Hi Leslie. I enjoyed your book list. Great for holiday shopping ideas.
I was asked to participate in a 12 Days of Christmas blogging challenge and I need to nominate 3 other people, so if you want to participate and you get a chance: https://fishbowlfortune.wordpress.com/2015/12/14/12-days-of-christmas-blogging-challenge/ . Cheers!

Hi Leslie, I really appreciate your Christian book lists, references and your testimony of faith on your website! Thanks for reaching out to me on my blog Little Shoes Travel a while back!

I can appreciate your post about library time. It’s hard to chase toddler boys around. One time, my two year old son found a good hiding place, and I panicked, thinking he had run out the automatic doors into the parking lot! Libraries should be a little more secure, in my opinion. When he was three he finally settled down into the play area and that became his domain. It’s very hard to read to him when toy trains are there– and also very hard to get him to leave! I enjoyed reading your tips for a trip to the library!
